Here is how you make Cabbage Skillet:

Brown meat and diced onions in large pot. Chop cabbage into 1 inch chunks. Grate or dice carrots. Once meat is cooked through, add salt, pepper, and bay leaves. Then stir in cabbage and carrots. Turn down to low and cook 20 mins, or until cabbage and carrots are soft. I let mine cook for an hour to let simmer.
