In stockpot add, shredded cabbage or leave in leafs, whichever you prefer. Add enough water to cover the cabbage.Open boil in a bag rice. Mix 1 cup of rice and ground beef. Add spices (I use Mrs Dash Spicy, and salt and pepper, sometimes garlic and/or Italian).Turn stove on high. Begin making meatballs as water comes to a boil. Make 8 meatballs (2 oz each, approx size of golf ball). Pour tomato soup in and stir gently to mix but carefully enough not to damage meatballs.Bring to boil. Reduce to medium-low. Cook until meatball is no longer raw (Approx 30 minutes).Serving Size:?Makes 8 meatballs (2 meatball serving)
