Here is how you make Cat's Cabbage Rolls:

Bring large dutch oven of water to boil and add the cabbage head. Put the lid on and cook to translucent while you prepar the remainder of the ingredients.Heat canola oil in pan and when properly hot add the onion, garlic, stir a couple minutes until translucent. Add the ground beef and cook to done.Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Stir to incorporate and heat through,Prepare one or five baking dishes with spray oil.Prepare one or five baking dishes with spray oil.Pour water off the cooked cabbage and let cool to touch. Lay out the leaves patchwork so they will accept the meat mixture. Spoon the meat mixture into the spreadout cabbage leaves. Roll them up and transfer to the baking dish(es).You can wrap and freeze at this point without pouring the additional tomato sauce over them.
