Melt soups and cheese whiz together. Cook rice per package directions. Stir both together with the remaining ingredients, using one half of the stuffing mix, until mixed well. Top with the remaining stuffing. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes at 350. Remove foil and cook 15 more minutes.
