Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8X8 casserole dish. Fully cook turkey and season to preference (I used italian seasoning). In the casserole dish, spread out tomatoes. Then layer 1/2 the cooked turkey meat on top. Next layer 1/3C cheese. Then 1/2 peppers, 1/2 the mushrooms.Lay down 1/3C of cheese, then the rest of the mean, the rest of the green peppers and mushrooms. Sprinkle with the last of the cheese, onions, and lay bacon across the top of the casserole.
