Makes 4 servings - 1 pork chop each servingPut mixed vegetables in bottom of crockpot. Spread onions on top. Pour canned tomatoes over top of all. Add a 1/4 cup water. Place pork chops on top of all. Lightly sprinkle seasonings over pork chops. Cook on low for 8 hours.This recipe can be put together the night before and put in refrigerator overnight.Other variationsYou can substitute 2 cans vegetables for frozen.
