Here is how you make Sara's Redneck Casserole:

Brown ground turkey. Add taco seasoning and water, let simmer for 5 minutes. In a separate pan, sautee onion, green pepper, and garlic in cooking spray until tender. Mix sour cream, onion soup mix, cheddar cheese, and both soups in a 9x13 baking dish. Stir in corn, sauteed vegetables, and ground turkey. Gently stir in cooked macaroni.
