Here is how you make Fast Tuna Casserole:

Preheat over to 350 degrees.Prepare the egg noodles as directed on the package. Whole wheat is obviously best for fiber.Mix the 2 cans of soup with 1 cup of milk, the 2 cans of tuna, and the peas in a large mixing bowl (big enough to add the noodles to).Spray a 13x9 or bigger baking pan with Pam or other nonstick spray.After the noodles are done add them to the bowl and mix thoroughly.Put the mixture into the baking pan and cook at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until hot throughout.
