1 cup shredded mexican cheese
1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
.75 cup milk
8 oz egg noodles, slightly cooked
1 cup chopped brocolli
6 taco shells, crumbled



How Do I Make Southwest Tuna Casserole?

Here is how you make Southwest Tuna Casserole:

Cook the noodles for only a few minutes. Drain, add to a greased (PAM) casserole dish. Drain the tuna and add to noodles. Add the brocolli, cheese, mushroom soup, rotel and milk. Stir to mix well. Season to taste with taco seasoning / chili powder. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. top with crumbled taco shells and bake 10 more minutes.
