2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
8 oz cream cheese- use fat free or low fat
2 c. (before cooked) macaroni noodles
8 oz. shredded cheese, cheddar
1 tbsp sugar

Here is how you make Company Casserole:

Cook ground meat, add onions, bell pepper, and saute for a few minutes---make sure to season your cooked beef with salt, pepper, etc. Then add 2 cans stewed tomatoes and sugar and let cook down for a few minutes. Boil noodles and drain, then place in bowl with cream cheese. It will melt. Once melted, place in bottom of baking dish. Top with meat and tomato mixture and top with cheese. Bake this until bubbly.
