2 T flour; 2 T butter; 2 C milk; 1/4 t nutmeg; 1/2 t dry mustard; dash worcestershire sauce; dash hot sauce; 1/8 t cayenne; 2 c shredded cheddar cheese; 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled; 8 oz cavatappi pasta (or elbow macaroni) cooked according to pkg directions

Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour. Slowly whisk in milk and cook over low heat until thickened. Add nutmeg, dried mustard, hot sauce, cayenne and worcestshire. Slowly add in cheese and stir until melted. Mix with cooked pasta in a prepared casserole dish and top with bacon crumbles. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
