Here is how you make First Place Hearty Macaroni and Cheese:

Boil macaroni and drain. Make white sauce with flour, butter, salt and pepper in gravy shaker. Heat in large sauce pan until thickened. Add cheese to white sauce. Gradually add egg substitute and macaroni to white sauce mixture. Spray 13x9 baking pan with nonstick spray. Pour white sauce mixture into pan. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
