Here is how you make Mexican Mac and Cheese:

Prepare rotini as directed, cooking to al dente. Meanwhile, brown ground turkey, add salsa, olives, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, pepper, and simmer 2-3 min, Set aside. Microwave chicken broth and milk until very hot. Melt butter over med. high heat and whisk in flour, then add hot milk mixture. Continue to whisk until thick and bubbly 3-4 mins (sometimes this may take up to 8 mins). Whisk in mustartd powder, pepper, and remove from heat. Stir in cheddar cheese.Mix Mac & cheese with Salsa mixture.
