1/2 cup O'Brien stlye potatoes
1/4 cup canned mushrooms (chopped)
1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
*may substitute fat free or reduced fat cheese
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
1/8 tsp Onion powder
Salt and Pepper, to taste
*Add 1 Tb Ketchup to meat mixture for a moister meatloaf consistency. (optional)
Optional Toppings: Ketchup, Mustard, Onion, Pickles or your favorite burger toppings (add the additional calories).

Heat oven or grill to 375 degrees.Mix all ingredients together. (including optional 1 Tb Ketchup for a moister patty)Form a patty.Wrap in foil.Bake or Grill for 20 - 30 minutes (or until done).Flip foil packet over half way through cooking time.When done - carefull unwrap foil packet (there will be a lot of steam).
