1 med. yellow onion (sliced into 1/4" thick slices)

2 medium sweet potatoes (cut into large chunks)
3-4 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 c. white wine
1 t. Salt
1/2 t. pepper

2 springs Rosemary

Here is how you make Crockpot Apple Chicken:

Place apples, onion, celery, & sweet potatoes in bottom of crockpot. Add garlic cloves, salt, pepper & fresh herbs over mixture. Salt and pepper chicken (dash salt & pepper), add remaining salt & pepper to mixture. Place chicken on top. Add wine.
