Cube potatoes in medium size pieces, dice onion and bell peppers and toss together with 1/2 cup of dressing and place in baking dish.Cut chicken breasts in half (butterfly style) to reduce thickness. Coat chicken with remaining dressing place chicken breasts on top of potatoes mixture. bake in 350 degree oven covered in foil for 30 min then uncover and bake until potatoes and chicken are cooked through.
