2/3 cup nonfat ricotta cheese
1/3 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Here is how you make Baked Chicken and Ziti:

Preheat oven to 375.Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Brown chicken and set aside.Spray skillet again with additional cooking spray if needed, then add garlic and onions, stirring until softened (about 5 min.) Add tomatoes and seasonings and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the mixture thickens slightly.Meanwhile, prepare ziti according to package directions. Drain and mix with the ricotta cheese.Pour half of the tomato mixture into a 13x9 baking dish, layer with the ziti mixture and chicken, then add the remaining tomato mixture. Top with the cheeses.
