Here is how you make John's Baked Chicken Nuggets:

Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and salt in a heavy ziploc bag. Seal, and shake well. Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and dip them in butter and then shake a few pieces at a time in the breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken on greased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned.
