12 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Ginger Root
3 clove Garlic
1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil


How Do I Make Chicken Chow Mein?

Here is how you make Chicken Chow Mein:

Heat oil in wok. Add chicken & brown. When chicken is almost completely done, add in carrots, broccoli, celery, onion, ginger & garlic. Stir fry for about 2-3 minutes. Add in eggplant & bean sprouts. Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.Mix 1 cup of water with corn starch & set aside. Deglaze wok with the other cup of water. When deglazed, add in the corn starch mixture, soy sauce & cayenne pepper (if desired). Cook until sauce is desired thickness.
