1 Tbl Cumin Powder
1 Tbl Chili Powder
1 16 oz jar Picante Sauce
Juice from 1 lime
3 cloves Garlic
2 15 oz cans Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 Tbl reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese per serving
1 Tbl reduced fat sour cream per serving

Here is how you make Crockpot Black Beans and Chicken:

In a crockpot, stir together black beans, picante sauce, cumin, chili powder, garlic, and juice from the lime. Place cut up chicken pieces in mixture and mix to coat really well.Cook in crockpot on high approximately 4 hours or on low all day while at work.When ready to serve, use serving spoon and cut up chicken in pot (it will shred very easily).
