Here is how you make Chicken/Bread Casserole:

Place 1/2 of the bread in an 8 x 8 pan. Mix chicken, celery and onion together and pour over bread. Put remaining bread on top.Mix egg beaters, mayo and milk together. Pour over chicken and bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight or all day. When ready to bake, spoon soup over the top. Bake 45 to 50 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Cover with foil to bake.
