2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Maggi Chicken Bouillon Cube
1 Tsp Adobo with Cumin
Garlic Powder (to your liking)
Paprika (to your liking)
Poultry Seasoning (to your liking)
Thyme (to your liking)
Ground Sage (to your liking)
4 Cups of Water
1 Cup Flour
5 Slices of Nature's Own White Wheat Bread


How Do I Make Open Faced Chicken?

Here is how you make Open Faced Chicken:

Boil chicken in 4 cups of water until done. Then shred it.Cube potatoes & chop onions. Put oil in skillet & heat. Add potatoes & onions & season them. Add corn to potato & onion mix after a couple minutes & season again. Add chicken water to vegetable mix as needed. When chicken is shredded, add to vegetable mix, season again & continue on simmer. You may need to add alittle more chicken water.Gravy: scoop out excess chicken pieces from water. Add seasonings & bouillon cube. Bring to a boil. In a separate container or small cup, mix flour & about 1/2 cup of water til a bit thick. Slowly add flour mixture to water until the right level of thickness is achieved. Reduce heat to a simmer. You may need add water or mix a second flour mixture.
