1.5 Chicken Breasts (cooked and sliced)
2 cups Broccoli florets (approx) You may prefer to chop your broccoli if you want smaller pieces.
2 cups Fresh mushrooms, sliced.
1 cup coarsely chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic
2 oz. crumbled Feta Cheese
3 tbsp Olive Oil
salt and pepper to taste

Here is how you make Chicken, Broccoli and Mushrooms:

Place large skillet on stove on med-high heat.Add Olive oil, garlic and onions. Cook until onions begin to turn opaque. Add mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms begin to give up juice. Add chicken and broccoli. Cook until chicken is hot and broccoli is tender. If you like your broccoli cooked more you can put a lid on and turn down heat or pre-steam your broccoli. Season with Salt and pepper to taste. Just before serving, spring Feta on top.
