A complete meal that'sdelicious and easy!!! The kids love it and the hubby actually asked for seconds! Very filling! Please keep in mind that I am unsure of the exact measurements of everything, but it should be pretty close. I was just throwing anything and everything in there and hoping it would be good......and I have to say it may be my new favorite!

1 package steamed broccoli
1 zucchini
6 chicken boneless skinless chicken breasts
.5 c sour cream
.5 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
.5 can cream of chicken soup(mixed with .5 can water)
1/3 c parmesean cheese, grated
1 c bread crumbs
black pepper and italian seasoning to taste

Here is how you make Chicken, Broccoli, and Zucchini Bake:

Cut chicken into small pieces and place in skillet, add some pepper and seasoning and cook until white, meanwhile boil rotini. Add soup, sour cream, broccoli, zucchini ans more pepper and seasoning to taste, Simmer until pasta is done. Drain pasta and put it in a 9X13 inch pan. Add chicken and veggie mixture. Stir.
