1/2 TBS chili powder
4 small-medium chicken breasts (uncooked)
1 cup shredded cheese
2 whole green onions (sliced)

Here is how you make Salsa Chicken Casserole:

preheat oven to 375 degrees. In an 8 x 8 baking pan, dump rice, rinsed black beans, corn, salsa, chicken broth, and chili powder. Mix thoroughly. Cut each chicken breast into 3 pieces and push into the liquid as far as they will go. Cover casserole dish tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and check if rice is done. Return to oven for another 10-15 min. if rice is not done. When rice is tender, sprinkle cheese on top of casserole and return to oven for a few minutes to melt cheese.
