Here is how you make Texas Ranch Chicken Casserole:

Cut chicken into 1' pieces and cook until not pink. Add veggies and cook until crisp tender. Add garlic and cook another minute. Stir in soups, tomatoes and chili powder. Line bottom of a 3 qt baking dish (sprayed with PAM) with half of the tortilla strips. Top with the chicken mixture and 1/2 the cheese. Repeat layers.
