Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray and spread tomatoes and zuchini over sheet Roast veggies for 10-12 minutes.2. Meanwhile, in large skillet, sautee chicken, onion and garlic until chicken is cooked through. Stir in tomoato sauce and bring to a simmer.3.
