Makes 1 serving - easy to make additional servingsI like to saute my mushrooms and onions in olive oil till they are soft. But you can certainly use all the ingredients raw, except for the chicken. To put them together, put the 2 romaine leaves together so that they overlap, spread black beans inside the romaine leaves then add the chicken, mushroom, onion, pepper and top with the cojack cheese. These are also great when the ingredients are fresh cooked and hot, but cold makes my mouth water too.
