* Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
* Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 10 strips
* 1/4 red bell pepper
* *Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk), 3 serving
2 wedges Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb cheese


How Do I Make Devine Chicken?

Here is how you make Devine Chicken:

Cut chicken breast into 4 thin 4oz. fillets. Pound until thin. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. Wash vegetables. Cut green onion stalks into 1 inch pieces. Cut red and yellow bell pepper into strips. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in skillet. Fry chicken breast until done. Remove from pan. Using the same pan (without washing or wiping out), pour 1/4 c of the non fat milk in to 'de-glaze' the pan. Add vegetables. Add two wedges of laughing cow cheese and incorporate into the milk. Slowly add remainder of milk. Cook until sauce has thickened. Return chicken breast to pan and cook in sauce for 5 minutes.
