Here is how you make Chicken Bean Chili:

1: In a large skillit carmelize onions in olive oil2: Add chicken, spices, carrots and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. 3: Remove cooked chicken.4: In a big pot combine broth from chicken and beans. Bring to a boil and again reduce heat and simmer 1/2 hour. If you would like remove some of the beans and blend smooth for a thicker soup.5: Combine all ingredients and simmer 1/2 more and serve. This may also be cooked in the crockpot.
