Here is how you make Moms Chicken Chili:

Sweat the onions in the EVOO, after a couple of minutes add the ground chicken and 1/2 the spices and cook til done.In a pot put the kidney beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatos and stir and warm up.Once chicken mixture is done add to tomato mixture and increase heat to med-low and add veggies.Cook for 2 to 3 hours (or longer if you like) then taste and add spices if required.I use NO salt and use UNSALTED items where I can.Number of Servings: 12Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user RONALYN.
