2 tbsp Olive Oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
16 oz cooked chicken breast, bite size or larger pieces
1 lg onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
3 jalapeno peppers (or to taste), minced
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
2 15 oz cans water
2 c each cooked (or canned) kidney, pinto and great northern beans (drained)
2-4 tbsp chili powder (to taste)
1 tbsp cumin (to taste)

Heat olive oil in stockpot, add garlic. Be careful not to scorch. Add chicken and chopped vegetables, saute until onion is translucent. Add tomatoes, sauce, water and beans. Add chili powder, cumin.
