Here is how you make Cowboy Chicken Packet:

Lay out a large piece of aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray in center of foil. Lay chicken breast on sprayed area. Dress chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and a few dashes of worcestershire. Slice potato in half lengthwise and lay on the chicken breast. Cover breast and potato with BBQ sauce. Pour pinto beans on top of all that. Fold your aluminum foil up and together to create a packet (fold up and join foil, and then do each end). Make sure there is enough room so air can circulate in the packet. Bake at 450 degrees for 45-55 minutes. I save 1/2 for later, so that's why I listed it as two servings.
