How Do I Make Cranberry Chicken Kiev?

Here is how you make Cranberry Chicken Kiev:

Preheat oven to 350. Cut the full chicken breasts into two so there are four pieces of chicken. Place a piece of chicken between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound until 1/4" think. Repeat with additional pieces. Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoon of cranberry sauce onto each breast, top with a pat of butter and fold the breast over. Mix egg and milk together in a wide shallow bowl. Pour Shake n Bake into a second shallow bowl. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture and coat with Shake N Bake. Place chicken in a covered baking dish. Bake chicken for 15-20 minutes, covered.
