Place chicken in crock pot (frozen) in layers. In a separate bowl mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cook in the crock pot for 6 hours on low. After 6 hours in the crock pot, add 1 cup of light sour cream and mix well. Cook for another 30-45 minutes in the crock pot. This is great over rice.
