Here is how you make Crock Pot Chicken:

Place chicken in bottom of Crock pot. Throw veggies on top and spread soup on top of everything. Cook on low 10-12hrs or high 5-6hrs or as needed for veggies to become tender. Can also add or omit veggies as desired- peas and green beans are great in this as well, but don't forget to change the nutrition value accordingly.
