2- 4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 slices turkey bacon
1 tbs. Honey
2 tsp. deli style mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1 pinch salt
1 tsp. canola or olive oil

Here is how you make Chicken Curry Delight:

Cook bacon in a saute pan, remove, crumble and keep on side. In same pan, add canola oil and sear chicken breasts. Transfer to baking pan. Place in 350 degree oven for about 15 min. While chicken is cooking, mix honey, mustard, curry and salt in a small bowl. Remove chicken from oven and glaze with honey mixture and top with crumbled turkey bacon.
