Combine chicken, dash of salt, and onion powder, and chopped carrots, celery, and onion in enough water for soup. Boil. When the chicken is cooked through, remove and cut into bite-size pieces. Add back to the broth with bouillon cubes. Turn to medium-low heat to simmer.Mix flour, baking powder, salt, egg and milk. Drop by small spoonfuls into broth.
