about 2 tbsp Chicken Bouillion powder
1 1/2 cups of water
1/2 small onion small dice


How Do I Make Monique's Easy Lemon Chicken?

Here is how you make Monique's Easy Lemon Chicken:

Mix the lemon juice, bouillon, water and chicken in a bowl and let sit in refrigerator until ready to cook. Dice onion as big or small as you like my kids prefer small.* If your loved ones don’t like onions use onion powder but then apply this directly to the chicken.Heat deep frying pan and add 1/2 oil then place each piece of chicken until browned on each side.Remove chicken from pan add remainder of oil and add onions and cook until tender. Then add the water lemon bouillon liquid mixture to the onions when heated through place chicken in the liquid and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
