Here is how you make Quick-N-Easy Chicken Enchiladas:

Pre-heat oven to 350. Broil chciken breast until fully cooked. Allow chicken to cool down and shred chicken breast and put in a bowl. Chop up one medium onion and add to the bowl with the chicken breast. Add 1/2 cup of mozzarela cheese to the mixture in the bowl and combine. Spread 1/2 cup of the mixture into each tortilla and roll tightly with seam facing down. Place tortillas into a glass baking dish and cover with Green Chile Enchilada Sauce and remaining Mozzarela Cheese on top.
