To prepare marinade, in a medium bowl, combine lime juice, oil, chili powder and cumin. Mix well. Place chicken in a shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over chicken, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.2. Preheat the broiler or grill. Place chicken on broiler plate (Reserve marinade).3. Grill or broil chicken 3 inches from heat. 5 minutes through, pour marinade over chicken. Turn chicken and cook for 5 more minutes. Place chicken on a plate; cover with foil to keep warm.4.
