combine first 5 ingredients stirring well. set aside.place large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium high heat until hot; add 1 tsp oil. add asparragus and red pepper;; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until tender. transfer to a bowl; set aside and keep warm.add remaining 1 tsp oil and chicken to skillet. cook 3 minutes or unitl chicken is browned, stirring occasionally. Add stock mixture to skillet; cook 2 minute or until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Return asparagus mixture to skillet. stir just until coated.
