Cook Chicken on 350 for 2.5 hours, or until you can shred easily. Shred in pan and add taco seasoning, black beans, corn and rotel. Cook until hot. Spray a 9X13 pay with cooking spray and layer 6 tortillas on the bottom. Cover with chicken mixture, then sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese on top, repeat until all of the chicken mix and tortillas have been used. Bake on 350 until cheese is melted.
