Fry the onions in 1 tbs of the olive oil.Toss the chicken in the seasoned flour. Brown the chicken in the remaining oil. Add the stock, onions, orange juice and zest, wine, sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 25 - 30 minutes until the chicken is tender.Stir in the mushrooms and cook for 5 - 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
