Tiger sauce to taste (like shiracha sauce)
1 tbsp garlic minced
1/4 med red onion

Marinate bite sized chicken in soy sauce, lime juice and zest, pepper, olive oil for 30 min.Drop soba noodles 4-5 minutes in boiling water.Saute chicken till cooked through add onion, garlic, and pepper when chicken is almost done.Add soy sauce (to taste), peanut butter, tiger sauce (to taste), and sugar.
