2 lbs chicken breast, boneless, skinless cubed bite size
1 med. onion, chopped
4 tsp chicken base with 3 1/2 cups of water or (2 cans of chicken broth)
2 pkg - 10oz each mixed vegetables, frozen
1 pkg - 12 oz. egg noodles, whole grain
2 cans condensed 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups of milk, fat free
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
2 jars - 4 oz. chopped pimiento, drained
garlic salt to taste
pepper to taste

Here is how you make Garden Chicken and Noodles:

In a large stock pot over medium heat, heat the bacon grease; add chicken and onions. Cook 10-15 minute or until chicken is done and no longer pink. Season with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken base and water; heat to boiling. Stir in uncooked noodles and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly with liquid. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium. Cover and heat about 15 minutes, or until most liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Stir in soup, milk, cheese and pimiento until well combined and creamy.
