4 large Vidalia onions, sliced
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup seasoned flour
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
8 oz. uncooked orzo
2 cups green beans

How Do I Make Chicken and Melted Onions?

Here is how you make Chicken and Melted Onions:

Melt butter in large skillet over low heat and add the Vidalia onions. Cook very slowly for about an hour or so until the onions "melt", but don't brown. Remove onions. Cut chicken into smaller pieces; put seasoned flour in zip lock bag, add chicken pieces one by one and shake to coat. Brown chicken in residual fat over medium heat. Add chicken broth, wine and cook for about 20 minutes until sauce is thickened and chicken is cooked. Add orzo and green beans, cook 7 minutes and mix well.
