put chicken in a pot and cover with orange juice-you can use whatever kind you have, or sqeeze some fresh-I use frozen, and add the water right in the pot. Bring to boil. Slice the onion into rings, and spred over chicken, add the orgeano and chipotle-salt to taste, and let simmer.
