* *Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 1 pepper (or 1 tsp. sambal oelek)
* Cornstarch, 0.125 cup
* Peanut Oil, 1 tbsp
* 1 tbsp. ginger juice (or an inch of fresh minced ginger or 1 tbsp. jarred minced ginger)

Here is how you make Healthy Orange Chicken:

This recipe works best using a regular frying pan, not a nonstick pan. Makes 2 servings of one small chicken breast.Sear two small chicken breast in 1 tbsp. of peanut oil over medium-high heat. Getting a bit of a crust on the pan is a good thing. Set chicken aside and keep warm.Add remaining ingredients except cornstarch to pan. Scrape the crust off the pan and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Simmer for about 5 minutes to meld flavors, then add cornstarch.
