Here is how you make Orange Teryaki Chicken and Vegetables:

Cook chicken breast (sometimes I cut it in cubes or strips), onions, peppers and garlic in olive oil, season to taste with salt and whatever else you like...I use tarragon & ginger. Prepare the sauce while the chicken is cooking, then pour over the chicken & add broccoli. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve over brown rice.
